PHASE I

We receive an enquiry with initial details of your work(s) and assess fits the lending criteria of our pool of banking partners, family offices and other boutique lenders.

PHASE II

We will look at single stock or a portfolio where the collateral will be appraised, at this point we will request further information detailing the provenance and Know your Customer (KYC) of the underlying borrowing entity and agree the terms of the loan.

PHASE III

Your loan goes to the lenders underwriting team for final check. We can work to tight deadlines making sure that any insurance, transportation needs are dealt with working very closely with legal parties that all action points are dealt with swiftly for contracts to be signed and loan to be dispersed on time.
